Collaborating with a distinguished real estate development company, Bonum Living, I designed a brochure for their exclusive property, "The Wing," in Ubud, Bali. My task was to capture the unique charm and architectural beauty of this exceptional location. In the absence of a pre-existing brand identity, I infused the brochure with a visual language that harmonized seamlessly with "The Wing's" tropical essence. Inspired by the natural palette of the property and its surroundings, I created a color scheme reflecting the lush greenery, tranquil blues, and earthy tones of Ubud's landscape. This palette not only speaks to the property's aesthetic but also transports the reader to the sense of serenity and sophistication that is the hallmark of “The Wing.”
Additionally, I was provided with a curated collection of images from the company's photographers. Carefully choosing from these visuals, my choices ensure that each page aligns stylistically, creating a cohesive narrative that showcases the property's architectural marvels and exclusive offerings. To further enhance the brochure's elegance and underscore the luxurious nature of "The Wing," I selected an elegant serif font for the headings establishing a timeless sophistication that seamlessly blends with the overall aesthetic, ensuring refinement throughout the document.
